This report is the result of eight months of research covering eleven countries and seventy-three banks. It included in-depth desk research, more than thirty personal interviews, and three workshops with industry experts. Eleven separate national teams conducted the research in their respective countries, and a core team synthesised their extensive outputto highlight the key findings and create the international pricing index.
