Formal and on-the-job training are provided to broaden and deepen  technical understanding, and to learn to use tools that help clients solve mission critical business problems. These entry level consultants work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation, and integration of innovative systems solutions.

Experienced Professionals

Manager or Senior Manager:  Responsible for proactively leading the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques and tools designed to enhance the value of technology to the client business. They work very closely with the client, understanding the role of technology in delivering superior business performance.

Director or Vice President:  Requires a high level of technical expertise along with strong people leadership and/or sales experience. Directors and Vice Presidents identify new business opportunities and lead bids/proposals for large-scale projects. They are responsible for managing resources and utilisation throughout the business area and setting the strategic direction locally and regionally.

This role requires being a genuine leader, employing strategic capability on regional and global pursuits, or, perhaps, leading a practice in one of our global business units.
