Outsourcing professionals help clients to optimize service levels, reduce and improve cost structures, and strengthen their competitive position by sharpening focus on core business needs.
New Graduates
Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in technology, business, finance, or a related area. New consultants will undertake substantial training in either technical or business processes depending on which of the following areas they choose to focus:
Experienced Professionals
Manager or Senior Manager: Drive large-scale business change and process improvement. They take on responsibility for leading delivery teams determining how outsourcing can be a prime catalyst for strategic change. Service delivery managers are client facing and are responsible for determining and managing service levels, as well as managing the delivery teams who ensure these service levels are achieved and exceeded.
Director or Vice President: Recognised as a subject matter expert in a relevant area of expertise. This knowledge will be relied upon across the business in working closely with the consulting and technology practices to provide strategic and sales leadership at a local and regional level. Directors and vice presidents have responsibility for leading the practice in a specific industry area, or for a particular client globally. Alternatively, some leaders may put a greater focus on identifying and winning new business opportunities, selling Capgemini’s capabilities on a global scale.
